Items may not be returned for a refund after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Management may approve exchange for store credit after 30 days have passed if the merchandise is still stocked, unused, and able to be re-shelved and sold.
Merchandise that has been worn, washed, chewed, soiled or stained may not be returned for a refund.
Shed happens…please remove all dog hair from items before returning.
To help you find the perfect dietary fit for your pet, we will guarantee food and treats that may not sit well with them and will happily exchange for something that they like. Please return within 30 days, keep frozen items frozen, and all bags sealed.
We cannot offer credit if your dog no longer likes something after half or more of the bag or item has been consumed.

Please note that refunds to a credit card may take 7-10 business days to show on the account
Items received as a gift may only be refunded as store credit. No cash or credit card refunds.
